Bookings can be made online, in person or via email. Contact details must be provided for all bookings.
Clients must fill out a consultation form prior to treatment.
Please be advised that in order to complete your booking, we will require valid card details.
However, we would like to assure you that no payment will be processed at this stage. The card details are simply held as a guarantee for your booking.
Packages:
Packages can be shared between friends and family members.
Late Arrivals and No Shows:
All late arrivals will be charged the full value of the treatment regardless of payment method.
We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment.
We also have a No-Show Policy in place. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice(at least 24 hours) you will be charged the full amount.
Health Conditions:
The Massage Room must be informed of any health conditions to the best of a client’s knowledge at the point of booking.
Insurance:
We are insured for all treatments we provide to our clients. FHT membership.
Why do we collect personal information:
The Massage Room needs to process and store personal information about customers in order to arrange bookings and provide treatments. We will also do this for the purpose of sending commercial information.
